My purpose in this letter is to recommend Gaddis Heating Air Conditioning and Electrical to anyone who is looking for an honest and skilled tradesman. I have used Kenny’s services at least four different times and have always been very pleased.The first time we met he was doing a service/maintenance of our current heating/air system. I shared with him that our two rooms upstairs never seemed to get warm or cool enough from our current system. I wondered if we were going to need a much bigger system which would have been expensive to replace. Kenny looked over the situation and came up with a much more economical solution of installing a small split wall unit upstairs. Now the temperature in the rooms is always easy to regulate and it cost about half of what we would have spent for a whole new system. Kenny considered our need and the amount of money we could spend and gave us an excellent solution.
Since then he is always our fi rst and only call for any heating/air and electrical needs. In the last two years Kenny has installed a whole house Surge Protection system that protects all our computers and appliances from lightning and electrical surges. Additionally, he has rewired a recent small addition.
Kenny is prompt and courteous. We strongly encourage others to use Kenny and his company for their needs heating/air and electrical needs.
